The view from the master queen suite was magnificent. Having a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment was very convenient. The location of the hotel was great - relatively close to Sabana National Stadium. It was also just next door to a really nice park and local restaurants to try out.

Location: the hotel was right by a wonderful Italian restaurant, the bus terminal and San Jose airport, and the Sabana or Center. I had coffee at Cueropapel&tijera, located within 10 minutes walk.

The location was particularly good, for example, a large park was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The venue was the best base for enjoying a pretty nice area. The rooms they offer were spotless and perfect with 2 large beds and Refrigerator and excellent water pressure.

The proximity to an indoor-outdoor museum was convenient, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

This place is situated in a charming boutique building in a convenient location, super close to the national stadium 🏟️.

If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in San Jose, this is not the place for you. It's a bit of a distance from downtown attractions and it's not within walking distance to the city center. However, it is conveniently close to the airport, making it a suitable option for those who need quick access to their flights. Additionally, there is a really nice park nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic.

The staff at the hotel could use some improvement in terms of their welcoming attitude.

The rooms here are really impressive, super nice with a shower that has excellent water pressure, and updated bathrooms. They even offer a free breakfast for guests. 🌞 There's also a nice pool on site, and parking is available nearby.

The bed was huge and comfortable, the breakfast was really good with several options. Very complete. The staff was super kind. The luxury feel and appearance is great! The location is great and the staffs. The room was nicer than expected and the breakfast was awesome!

I recently stayed at a hotel in San Jose for a week-long family vacation. The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful, especially one gentleman who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The second room we were given was great, with spacious living areas and convenient amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The complimentary breakfast provided a nice touch, and the casino on-site was a fun bonus. our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and memorable.
